Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to send it back to us for a full refund if you change your mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Add on services such as gift wrapping and delivery charges are not refundable.

To start a return, please contact us at help@froglettoys.co.uk

Your refund will be processed as soon as the item is returned to us, providing return conditions have been met.  Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.  Please allow up to 10 working days for a refund to show in your account.  We cannot be held responsible for any interest charges which may occur while waiting for returns to be refunded.  Return postage costs and return arrangements are the customer's responsibility.  Please retain proof of postage.  You can always contact us for any returns questions at help@froglettoys.co.uk

Faulty Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if an item is damaged, missing or if you receive an incorrect item.  Please contact us at help@froglettoys.co.uk for assistance with a damaged, missing or incorrect item.

If an item has a missing or damaged part then we will seek to send a replacement part rather than an entirely new product.  Please contact us as soon as possible at help@froglettoys.co.uk if you have a missing or damaged part. 

We will ask for photos in order for us to fully assess a faulty products and provide assistance.
